Refinish and Repair

When doing repairs to water damaged or aged flooring that has lost its stability, we will remove the damaged wood and plywood, allow it to dry if needed and carefully interlace new flooring back in its place. We can also do this to remove old heating return vents/registers by replacing them with solid wood flooring. When needing to remove scratches, stains, unevenness in color or aged and worn finish we can sand the floor down to bare wood and prepare it for a new finish. We also do this for many people wanting to give their floor a new look by changing the color or adding a texture such as a hand scrape, distressing or custom color.
